Padmaja Alaganandan
Padmaja Alaganandan is the leader of Mercer’s Human Capital business in India. She also leads the Executive Remuneration segment of Mercer in India and is a member of the global Executive Remuneration advisory team. Prior to joining Mercer, she was the Principal with the Strategy Consulting Group in IBM Business Consulting Services. With over 18 years of experience in the areas of business strategy, organisation structure, performance management, change management and HR policy design, Padmaja now focuses on the linkage of business strategy to human capital management.
 
Marie Brinkman
Marie Brinkman is the Vice President of Radford Surverys + Consulting in San Francisco. Her current assignments include market analyses of US and international pay levels and practices; design of variable cash and sales compensation plans; modeling and design of equity and cash-based long-term incentive programs; and audits of international benefits and human resource practices. Prior to joining Radford Surveys + Consulting, Marie was a principal consultant with the global rewards practice of Right Management Consultants (previously Bowker Consulting International). She has spoken on global compensation topics at the WorldatWork conferences in both Europe and Asia.
 
Chris Bruce
Chris Bruce is the Managing Director and one of the two co-founders of Thomsons Online Benefits. He has over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits field and is a regulated benefit consultant. He was heavily involved in the early development of Thomsons Online Benefits’ international and flexible benefit business streams and was responsible for launching the first online flexible benefits scheme across nine countries simultaneously. Chris has also advised some of the world's foremost employers on their reward programmes including the Economist, RBS and Vanco.
 
Dhritiman Chakrabarti
Dhritiman Chakrabarti is the Director of Total Rewards Consulting in Asia Pacific for Aon Consulting. He has been involved with areas such as executive and board of director compensation, performance measurement systems, performance management, performance-based compensation, sales force effectiveness and employee ownership consulting. A significant portion of his work includes advising compensation committees in matters of director/ executive compensation. He has worked with clients in India, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and US. His clients come from diverse industries, including banking / financial services, consumer goods, ICT, logistics, telecommunications etc.
 
Gangapriya Chakraverti
Gangapriya Chakraverti is the Information Product Solutions Business Leader for Mercer, India. She has over 10 years’ of experience as a consultant and has worked closely with companies in the area of Compensation and Benefits Management, across industries. She also played a leading role in driving several of Mercer’s industry-wide benchmarking initiatives. With extensive experience in the area of compensation benchmarking, Gangapriya brings a good understanding of compensation management practices in India from an evolutionary perspective. She also has in-depth insights into the changing scenario with respect to compensation issues in India.
 
Stephen Choo
Stephen Choo, Regional Director, Southeast Asia of Hay Group Insight, works closely with leading organisations throughout the region in developing highly effective human capital strategies with the use of strategic diagnostic tools in employee opinion research. Stephen has extensive experience in HR consulting, advising organisations in Asia, Middle East and Australia on employee engagement, talent management and strategic management. His expertise lies in the deisign, analysis and implementation of strategic diagnostic tools to assist organizations in achieving a high performing culture. Stephen has written a book entitled “Entrepreneurial Management” and more than 20 papers on leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and strategic HRM in several academic and professional publications.
 
 
Siobahn E. Cummins
Siobahn E. Cummins is Managing Director Europe as well as the Executive Vice President for ORC Worldwide. Since joining ORC in 1991, Siobhan has been responsible for the management and development of the International Compensation practice in Europe and more recently the Middle East. She has years of experience in all aspects of human resources, including international and domestic policy design and development, recruitment and selection and general personnel management. Siobahn has both lived and worked in the Far East, Middle East, Australia and Africa. Siobhan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) SHRM and on the faculty of WorldatWork. She is also Vice president Elect of the CIPD International Committee.
 
Ryan Dsouza
Ryan Dsouza is a Senior Director for DHL Express India’s National Sales Division. For the past five years, he has been responsible for DHL India’s sales function, managing a team of 275 employees and generating a turnover of 140 million Euros. Prior to joining DHL India, Ryan was the Solutions Head for Industry Solutions Organisation at Xerox India. Ryan has 15 years of sales experience. He holds an MBA in Global Marketing from Sheffield Business School, UK.
 
Joji Gill
Joji S. Gill joined Microsoft India as the Director for Human Resources in April 2006. She is responsible for driving the overall people strategy and building synergies for Microsoft across six distinct business units in India. Before joining Microsoft, Joji worked with Symantec/Veritas Software for 2 years, serving in various leadership capacities including Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Director, HR for the Veritas Global R&D organisation. Prior to this, she spent 10 years at KLA-Tencor as a global head for the HR generalist organisation. Joji has 20 years of diverse HR experience that spans across different countries and continents - India, the US, Europe and Asia (China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore).
 
Don B. Lindner
Don B. Lindner is the executive compensation practice leader for WorldatWork. He serves as staff liason to the WorldatWork Executive Rewards Advisory Board, which operates as the association’s strategic committee for identifying, articulating and prioritising issues, topics and challenges affecting the profession in the executive rewards area. Don is also responsible for developing WorldatWork certification courses relating to executive rewards and governance. Prior to joining WorldatWork, Don spent 20 years as a senior compensation and human resources practitioner at Phelps Dodge Corporation and Security Pacific Bank (currently Bank of America). He also has over ten years of experience as a compensation consultant with Watson Wyatt, Buck Consultants and Executive Compensation Associates.
 
Dr Rajeshree (Gina) Parekh
As the regional head of Health & Benefits Practice, Asia Pacific for Aon Consulting, Dr Rajeshree (Gina) Parekh oversees the practice in 20 countries in Asia Pacific. She also started Aon Consulting India and is the CEO for the India office. Dr Parekh has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Aon Consulting, Dr Parekh was with Marsh & McLennan where she was responsible for setting up the Health & Benefits practice for Marsh & McLennan and also Mercer India. She was previously also the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director of United Healthcare in India.
 
Jon A. Randall
Jon Randall, Regional Leader for Watson Wyatt’s Human Capital Group, ASEAN and Sales Effectiveness & Compensation Asia-Pacific, has over 24 years of experience consulting in the areas of performance-based rewards, with a particular focus on sales compensation. Based in Southeast Asia since 2003, Jon leads an integrated team of human capital consultants based in Singapore and Malaysia. Jon received a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in international relations and German from Tufts University. He is a frequent speaker on total rewards and compensation issues and has published on the topics of retention, performance measurement and sales compensation.
 
Shalini Sarin
Shalini Sarin is the Head of Human Resources in Cairn India, where she is responsible for compensation & benefits, organisational development, training and strategic initiatives. She holds a Doctorate in Organisation Behaviour, a Masters in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors degree in Child Development. In a career spanning 18 years, she has contributed substantially in evolving and implementing strategies for Maximising Organisational and Human Performance. Shalini is a certified psychometrician from British Psychology Society and a certified trainer from Motorola University-Chicago. She is also a certified Six Sigma black belt professional on Performance Management System (PMS).
 
Martin J. Somelofske
Martin J. Somelofske is a Principal and Practice Leader of the Compensation Consulting Group for Deloitte Consulting LLP in New York and the National competency leader for executive compensation. He also works with numerous boards of directors and compensation committees. With over 20 years of consulting experience primarily in executive compensation, corporate governance, management incentives, salary management and performance management, his client portfolio includes both public and privately held companies in a wide variety of industries.
 
Tan Juan Jim
As an Associate Consultant with Hay Group, Juan Jim Tan recommends and develops practical business solutions aimed helping organisations achieve their business strategies. Jim is well-versed in Hay Group and McBer’s core methodologies. He has developed and delivered successful business solutions for major organisations such as Khazanah, CCM, Bayer, UMW, PMB, Scomi, UEM, Radicare and BAT GSD. Prior to joining Hay Group, he was a Research Scientist with Department of Electronic Engineering, Queen Mary, University of London, UK and Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC), Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. Jim holds a Master of Science in e-Commerce Engineering and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence from University of London, UK.
 
Mark Thompson
Mark is the Reward Practice Leader for Hay Group’s Asia Region, with the responsibility of developing Hay Group reward knowledge and capability. He is currently based in New Dehli. He is a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has designed and delivered reward training programmes for the Institute in support of their Certificate in Reward Management. Prior to joining Hay Group, Mark worked with a range of organisations across the globe, including in the UK and India, in developing reward structures, designing incentive programmes, implementing pay systems and providing advice in relation to pay market benchmarking.
 
Roland Ruiz
Roland Ruiz, Director, Hay Group Asia, is responsible for helping clients make the best Reward decisions to meet their business goals. In the Asian region, Roland works with clients who face rapid change, impact of new technologies, internal organisational pressures for performance and major role changes. Roland has over 20 years of combined managerial and consulting experience across Asia. He has advised senior executives in large local companies and regional MNCs on reward, work design and executive coaching issues.
